In these General Conditions of Sale, the words below will have the following meaning:

Establishment : natural or legal person offering goods and services for sale.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are valid from 19 January 2017. They replace any other form of general terms and conditions of sale previously in force relating to the sale of commercial offers.
